These are super delicious and I'm glad I tried them! It's a shoyu/soy sauced based broth with chicken in a liquid seasoning packet and a packet of Yuzu pepper which gives the noodles a citrus-y boost in flavor that's amazing. These make me wanna try all the flavors available on Weee!
(To make the ramen eggs, boil eggs in a pot of water with enough water to cover them with an added teaspoon of salt and one to two teaspoons of baking soda for /seven/ minutes. After the seven minutes are up, take the eggs out of the pot, and place them in an ice bath or under cold running water until they're cool enough to hold. after that, just hit the shell on all sides and peel under a little bit of running water. Season them in soy sauce and seasonings for Ajitama or Korean drug eggs, or just cut them in half and enjoy as is with your ramen. :D )

This Kyushu region series is all delicious. Oita had quite a bit of yuzu kosho.

I've only tried the red pack so far but I believe all of them will taste just as good
