Minced Tofu and Vegetable Malantou

Small box, but delicious

My favorite dried tofu with amaranth is moist but too sweet, and the same goes for dried tofu with pickled mustard greens and edamame. It feels like a dessert. When I was a kid, I mixed pickled mustard greens and edamame with soaked rice, but the taste was ruined by the sugar! I won’t buy them again if the sugar is not reduced, what a pity! There are two fewer dishes I like to order on Weee! Yuyuan Shengjianbao in Manhattan even adds cinnamon powder, which is neither Chinese nor Western! It has also been removed from my recipes!
