Super simple to make and delicious. I’m removing a star because they put the English label right over the cooking instructions. Yes, it’s in Japanese but so is the original nutrition label on the side. They could have covered that part up! The sticker they put does not include cooking instructions.

Love this. It is healthy. I can store in a cabinet.

I bought it again. It comes with dashi stock, so it's easy to make.

I'm grateful that it can be easily made in the microwave. It's a great way to get protein.
