Momoya's "Gohan Yoku! Shiitake Nori [Nori Tsukudani]" is a type of nori tsukudani made with green laver produced in Japan (mainly harvested around Ise Bay) and plenty of shiitake mushrooms. Based on the familiar flavor of "Gohan Yoku!", the mellow flavor and unique chewiness of shiitake mushrooms have been added. In order to make the most of the shape of the green laver leaves, the "morning cooking method" is used, bringing out the original flavor and texture of the nori in a short amount of time.
