Momoya's "Spicy Mentaiko Nori" 95g is a seaweed tsukudani made with a focus on Japanese ingredients, combining high-quality Japanese aosa nori and spicy cod roe made from Hokkaido pollock. Two types of mentaiko are used: "raw" and "grilled".
