ほぼ脂しかなかった…

少し脂身が多いかなと思いますが美味しかったです。パン作りに使いました。

朝食に欠かせない。目玉焼きと一緒に焼いて食べようと思います。

かなり脂身が多いですね。

We finally found our perfect 10 bacon. The flavor and texture were incredibly pleasurable. So strange that I felt touched and moved to tears the moment I put the bacon in my mouth. They're that good. This was our third batch; I had more experience cooking them this time, to give them 100% attention, turning the bacon often and taking them out of the copper core frying pan right at the moment when the sizzling subsided. I just ordered three more packs of Nicolisi's Fine Foods Black berkshire uncured bacon for next week, for another round of culinary indulgence.
