Delicious! Not too sweet! Love it!

I ordered 2 boxes and there was white stuff on both of them.... the other box (don't have a photo) was almost all white for some reason. It didnt expire so I still ate it and it tasted good but what's the white stuff? A lot of people get this and do reviews and those don't have white stuff so I'm so confused.
