Sorry, I didn't get a chance to take photos after they were cooked. We cooked the rack and lamb loin chops on a grill, and the meat was very tender and not gamey. I am pleased with how it turned out. Not sure about the leg, as we have yet to get into that. But, so far so good. Would recommend when it goes on sale.
