Trying out this brand for the first time

This bag is smaller than the brand I once bought from a local Asian mart, but I feel like this produces better, crunchier tempura. I disregard the directions though - I use a tad more water for a lighter thinner batter. I’ve been tempura-ing everything, it’s been easy and fun and yummy.

Batter was nice and crispy

Easy to use and great flavors for tempura!

Big enough for a month
