Noboru Onigiri Chirashi 100 g

Item received was not fresh. Rice was too hard and I had to microwave it to soften it up which defeats the purpose of eating it with my hands to go. Also it’s smaller than expected. Taste is more tart than I expected. Think of sushi rice with a little bit too much vinegar. Sadly to say, I will not order any more of this item. Very disappointed.

The chirashi sushi was not my favorite. My order came with two. I tried one cold and one warmed up a bit in the microwave. The grains appear to be a bit bigger than normal rice grains and sort of crumble/fall apart if that makes sense. The rice ball is also very vinegary. I normally like my sushi rice vinegary, but this one was too much for my liking. I will not be repurchasing.

First time ordering this. Filling for the amount I got. Decent and had a nice vinegary taste. Good to have for a quick snack between meals.

Got these for my daughter to grab and go to school. It defrosts well.
