I previously cooked with the Nora seafood bag, but since it was sold out, I decided to try this one instead. I love it! I wanted to make a larger batch for my family, so I tripled the water measurement suggested in the instructions, and it turned out perfectly. By the time the water evaporated, there was just the right amount of soup left. I also added an extra egg, cornstarch, chicken soup powder, onion powder, and garlic powder. You can easily customize the soup by adding any vegetables, proteins, or seafood you prefer. I added carrots and mussels. Enjoy!
