It’s ok. Not as rich as usual soybean stew. I recommend adding less water than the instructions and then adding more later if you need. When I used ofood’s kimchi stew sauce it was so watered down so for this soybean stew sauce I only used 1.5cups of water instead of the recommended 2cups, and it tasted much better. Still the amount of work you put in prepping veggies, etc makes it so I would just buy regular soybean paste next time.
If you only want soybean paste stew a few times a year might be worth it.
뭐 괜찮은데 무지 맛있는 편은 아니에요. 레시피 따라 물 2컵 쓰면 너무 밍밍 하더라고요. 저는 1.5컵 만 썼어요.
그리고 어차피 채소랑 두부 따로 사서 손질 해야되서 그냥 된장 사서 된장찌개 만드는거 보다 그렇게 편리하지는 않더라고요. 된장찌개 일년에 한 두번 밖에 안 드신다면 추천.
