I made Japanese style Takenoko no Okakani. it is wonderful taste.

Used this bamboo to make Japanese New Years dish. Bamboo was already cooked and frozen. I only had to defrost and slice them before I cooked with other ingredients in a pot. Very easy to use and I will definitely purchase again.

I've bought this before, it's still relatively tender bamboo shoots. It tastes good.

It looks OK. Slice it after thawing. It can be stewed, cooked in soup or stir-fried. It has many uses.
