Both the ingredients and the process are authentic and of high quality. When I opened the tea bag, the osmanthus fragrance was gentle, lingering, and aligned perfectly with my taste preference. Unlike many so-called "osmanthus Oolongs" available in the market that have a strong aroma but lack integration with tea, most of them are merely a "blend of flowers and tea", not "scenting". Consequently, they fail to achieve the beauty of "drinking tea and smelling flowers," where the flowers enhance the taste of the tea.

Brewing Tips

Cold Brew
5g tea, 500ml water, place in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours, then it can be enjoyed.
Alternatively, you can put ice cubes in a cup, add 5g of tea leaves, let it sit until the ice cubes melt, and then it can be consumed.

Hot Brew
Water Temperature: Start with boiling water at 100°C, then continue at 90°C for subsequent infusions.
Tea to Water Ratio: 5g of tea to 100 ml of water.
Steeping Time: 15s/15s/15s/20s/30s

- These times correspond to the steeping time for each brew.
- The amount of tea and steeping time are for reference only and can be adjusted according to individual needs.
- It is recommended to brew in a covered bowl or pot. Hot water in a mug or cold brew. It can also be used for making mixed drinks.

For high-grade floral tea, there's no need to awaken the tea in the first infusion. You can enjoy the elegant osmanthus fragrance right away. Begin by steeping the tea leaves in boiling water to release the aroma. Starting from the second infusion, you can "cool down" the water temperature and gradually increase the steeping time to enhance the flavors.
