This brand of corned beef is a mainstay in our pantry during those days we want a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner viand. We can cook as is or stir fry tomatoes, ginger, and cabbage with it.

We love this corned beef. I use it for breakfast recipes and dinner as well. It is extremely tasty. My friend in Hawaii loves this brand but cannot find it. I purchase extra cans and will send her some.
