We got our orders yesterday. This brand of The Frozen Pearl Marbled Grouper was Cleaned. We had streamed and put some ginger. Green onion and stir flied with a bit veggie oil on the top after streamed for 15 minutes for our dinner. The meat is fresh, but still prefer the other brand which is the sea farmed Grouper that Weee had carried last year. Still recommend if the sea farmed brand not available! Thank you Weee!
