As its name suggests, 13 organic Korea-grown ingredients of barley, rice, wheat, black rice, brown rice, black bean, sorghum, and more go through a patented sprouting process in an optimized humidity and temperature environment that minimizes the destruction of nutrients. If you didn’t know already, the nutritional value of grains and beans increases with germination.
The ingredients are thoroughly washed, having to go through 3 cleaning stages during the sprouting, after which they are processed in the multi-certified, trusted facility of Chung-O.
