新鮮な大根も買ったので、この軟骨ソーキと大根で煮付けにしようと思っています！

子供はお肉メイン、大人は軟骨メインでいただいています。煮込むとお肉がとても柔らかくなります。

It was a little too much fat. I had to trim them first.

I ordered this multiple times, it usually fine quality, but on the recent order, I use it to cook cabbage ribs soup, the pork give of bad odor in my mouth, especially on the fat part. Weee should improve on quality control.

I made a sweet and spicy soy sauce-based stew with this product, daikon radish and boiled eggs. By simmering it in a pressure cooker, the bones became tender, and the meat was juicy and not too greasy. I'll definitely make this again!
