This was pretty good! I just wish the outter layer wasn’t so soft.

The fillings: pork floss, egg yolk, red beans, and mochi are there. The flavor is mild and not offensive. But nothing to go gaga for it. Not a fan of the crust's texture and taste either.

I buy it every year when on sale, usually around the mid-autumn holiday. The cake is very unique and delicious, with a combo of a bit sweet and salty taste.

I have to heat a bit so the mochi part can be soft. Too much red bean paste but little with egg yolk and pork sting. Little too sweet to me.
