Bigger than I expected!!! They're perfect and fresh tasting, the pork floss was still crispy and dry, and overall it's a perfect savory treat 😍

Bread was fresh and covered with plenty of pork floss. I don't personally like it when this bun is loaded with mayonnaise, but that's just personal preference. They scored the bun vertically and filled the crevice with mayo, so if that's your jam, you'll probably love this.
