Healthy dessert with clean ingredients. It’s a rock hard block, difficult to slice. It can be steamed or pan fried.

Steamed 10 min. Soft and chewy. Not too sweet. There are dried fruits and nuts. Take pretty good. To enhance the flavor I added osmanthus syrup 桂花醬 makes even more flavorful and delicious.
