These are perfection! Subtle sweet flavor and it’s amazingly fluffy. BUT you definitely need a drink with this. It can be a bit dry.

This cake is light and not too sweet. There’s two nice sized pieces. I like it with coffee or tea.. Will repurchase.. Hopefully it won’t be packed with other items so it doesn’t get squished.
