They are fatty.

Very good quality. My orders delivered at night around 7ish and the pack of short ribs was still frozen in a well sealed cooler bag with ice packs!

今天收到短信马上下楼把箱子📦搬上楼，所有东西冷冻的东西都巳经融化掉了，这个牛仔骨袋内也巳经全部都是血水，但愿肉质不会变质变臭☹️

So disappointed with the packaging. It is not fully sealed and it leaks and contaminated the rest of the food in the same bag as the meat. Wee needs to pack it better. It is not safe to eat leaked and not sealed properly meat.

Meat looks like good quality. But not vacuum sealed properly. I can not freeze it for later use
