Idk if it's just me having different expectations, but not really my favorite flavor. I guess I expected something I ate from a restaurant, but this one reminds me of ... vegetarian eggrolls from the Buddhist temple I used to eat at, which wasn't my favorite either.

This kimchi dumpling is so good! The flavor is just right; I don't even need to dip it in any sauce.
