Less than 1% is salmon but the rice and veggies they used are pretty good! The seasoning was strange on the first few bites. It tasted very fishy in a way that was unpalatable to me but then it went away as I added extra seasonings of my own and took more bites. I'd rate 3.5 stars for the fried rice itself and bump to 4 for its convenience.
