Bánh Cốm Đậu Xanh is a traditional Vietnamese rice cake made from glutinous rice and filled with mung bean paste. The cake has a soft, chewy texture and is often wrapped in banana leaves for added fragrance. It has a delicate, slightly sweet flavor, with the mung bean paste providing a smooth, rich contrast to the rice. Typically enjoyed during special occasions or festivals, it’s a beloved treat that embodies Vietnamese culinary traditions. STORAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS: Store at -18°C. When using, please take the cake out of the box and heat it in the microwave at medium heat for 10-20 seconds. When the internal temperature of the cake reaches 55°C - 60°C (130°F-140°F), the cake will be soft and delicious, ready to enjoy. If the cake has not reached the desired softness and is still frozen, you can continue to heat it in the microwave.
