We will be releasing a new 3-pack of our local Nessai Noodles, which are currently available in a 5-pack. By changing from non-fried noodles to fried noodles, we have added the richness of lard, increased the mellowness of the pork bones, and created a pork bone ramen without any unpleasant odor or off-flavors. 
Sanyo Foods' "Sapporo Ichiban Local Nessai Noodles, Hakata Junjo Ramen ShinShin Supervised Cooked Pork Bone Ramen, 3-pack" is a product that reproduces the taste of the pork bone ramen from Fukuoka's popular ramen shop "Hakata Junjo Ramen ShinShin" in a bag of noodles. Its characteristic is that although the noodles are thin, they have a firm texture and firmness, faithfully reproducing the noodles of authentic pork bone ramen in both appearance and texture. The soup is based on the taste of pork with a cooked pork flavor, and combines the richness of chicken bones and the flavors of aromatic vegetables such as garlic, onion, and ginger, resulting in a mellow and rich flavor without the odor and off-flavors typical of pork bones. The ingredients are a combination of minced meat, green onions, and wood ear mushrooms, and the amount of meat has been increased by 50% compared to the product released in April 2024. The noodles are smooth and easy to swallow, and they blend well with the soup, making them both supple and satisfying to eat.
