To ensure our consumers can enjoy noodles that warm the body, we partnered with Cheng Chang Foods to develop these sesame oil and angelica noodles. These noodles include angelica, Ligusticum wallichii, and goji berries, all carefully selected to be free from pesticides and heavy metals. Unlike previous quick-cook ramen, these thin noodles required special attention to the manufacturing process. Cheng Chang overcame production challenges and added yam powder to enhance the texture.

Quick, Healthy, and Delicious

Our seasoning packet contains no chemical additives and features a sauce made from simmered angelica and Ligusticum wallichii. The vegetable packet includes goji berries, sweet corn, tofu rolls, and cabbage for a nutritious and flavorful experience. To prepare, boil water, add the noodles, and cook for 2-3 minutes before adding the seasoning packet and stirring well.

Non-hydrogenated oils

No added MSG, preservatives, artificial flavors, or synthetic chemicals

Instructions:

Boil 600cc (about 3 cups) of water.

Add the noodle block, seasoning packet, and dehydrated vegetable packet. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Add the sesame oil and angelica sauce packet, mix well, and serve.
