Shanghai Pan Fried Pork Buns 6 pcs

Arrived well packaged with ice packs. Not too greasy, but the flavor was only okay

Heated then up in a pan, skin is crispy and has some soup.

The dumplings arrive cold, with an ice pack. I heated up half in the airfryer and they puffed up nicely. Probably better eaten fresh but not bad at all. They have a meaty flavor and some soup inside even though I heated them up the next day.

Juicy but too salty for my taste
