Shanghai Signiture Crispy Duck Half

Tastes great. Fresh, juicy, put in air fryer at 365F for a few mins and skin gets crispy again. A lot of oil is already cooked out of it. photo missing a few pieces I ate already. Would get again, a bit pricy tho.

It’s Ok after sitting in the car for almost 6 hours because it was delivered around 7 pm. I used the air fryer to heat and it turned out to be a little dry. Still, it’s better to eat at the restaurant.

少し塩辛いですが、ご飯と一緒に食べると美味しいです

食べた後は天日干ししてください。味は美味しいですが、少し塩辛いです。でも、これからも頑張りますよ👏

味は程よい塩味で、鴨皮はオーブンでひっくり返すとパリパリに仕上がります。

サクサクしていますが、味は少し薄味で私の好みではありません。
