The meat is not fresh and has no sauce flavor at all. No matter how you fry it, it will never taste like this! How big of a misunderstanding is this about Beijing-style marinated pork that led to such a dish!

I have never eaten such unpalatable shredded pork in Beijing sauce. How did they make the dish so unpalatable? It smells like zombie meat, dry and woody, and has a bad smell. Don’t they try the food themselves? Can you sleep well at night if the dish is made like this? I am really impressed.
