薄切りのラム肉はいつもこちらで購入しています。臭みもなく食べやすいです。

I’m used to middle eastern lamb, and didn’t realize that all lamb in the US is more gamey and doesn’t really get along with my palate. It was fresh and sliced well. I just wish it didn’t stink up the whole hotpot.

This supposed to be frozen but completely defrosted. Don’t know if it’s safe to eat.

Came in two parts really good

Two nicely sealed packaged portioned into smaller sections connected for easier storage!

Added this to a delicious pho recipe I made and I’m dying to make it again but don’t have all the ingredients yet so I’ll certainly be placing an order soon.
