“Demisaem,” which means peak in native Korean, is located in Gimcheon-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, a pristinely clean and refreshing place where they are never without water all year round. Here, the company is forging an eco-friendly Korean food culture, and we bring you their star product, the Korean-style Soy Sauce (Guk Ganjang). It is made according to the conventional method, and because it comes in the usual light hue of a fresh batch sauce, it can be added anywhere without over-coloring a dish.
