Spicy Pork Belly

It’s too salty to me.

It’s tender, well-seasoned, and so good.

I wanted to give it a try, and maybe went a bit overboard with trying the different prepared dishes. I enjoy pork stomach and other innards (as pictured). This one was okay. Nothing outstanding, but not bad either. I didn't try it plain and just immediately reheated it with the sauce it came with. It seems like the stomach would be pretty bland without the sauce, but was a bit salty with the sauce. Overall, it was okay to give a try at sale price, but I'm not sure if I'd repurchase.

The taste is good and the portion is sufficient, but it is a little salty.

Crispy pork belly is recommended for those who like sweet taste 😅
