crunchy bamboo but it doesn't have a strong bamboo scent. it's nice in chicken broth but I wish it had more flavor

Used a few for my hotpot, was good but can be a bit hard, needs to be cooked longer to get tender.

Very fresh once thawed. Can’t tell it was frozen

I bought the ingredients of fish-flavored shredded pork many times.
