STONEROLLS "Norwegian Boiled Mackerel 190g" is a canned product made from fatty Norwegian mackerel, simply seasoned with salt to bring out the flavor of the ingredients. Carefully selected fatty mackerel caught in season and seasoned with mineral-rich "Setouchi Flower Moshio" brings out the natural sweetness and flavor of the mackerel. The mackerel in the can is boiled until soft, even down to the bone, and can be used in a wide variety of ways, including as a side dish on its own, as well as in salads, pasta, and stews.
