Made kimchi stew with this aged kimchi today! Perfectly aged (tastes more sour and has its own unique smell) to make stew!

it goes really well with the skate sashimi I tried for the first time, definitely gonna get some for for the kimchi jigae

Haven't used it yet but aged kimchi is perfect for casseroles and stews!
