It’s pretty common to eat roasted mackerel in Japan. Finally I could eat good mackerel with amazing fish roaster :)

I really like that it's all individually packed. It's a tad bit salty but overall really convenient to use and yummy.

The mackerel fillets were delicious. Spritz with a little cooking oil, pop in the air fryer for 12 minutes and you're good to go!
