This is a repeat purchase. The rice is short grain so the cooked texture is similar to sushi rice. It tastes good freshly cooked but also reheated the next day as well. Recommend.

This rice is very delicious Japanese rice. This firmness is nice, not too soft! If you are look for Japanese rice, I recommend this rice!
