the cake itself is dry but the taro and whip cream make up for it!

Soft and heavenly..not too sweet. The thing that surprised me a bit is that the white cream has a bit of a tangy taste, maybe yogurt was used for the cream?? I think this cake cake can use without the sour taste, but it’s delicious nonetheless, especially the taro!

The taro is so creamy and the cake is soft and moist. The mousse is a nice enrichment. It is good to try this Taro snowy bun!
