Taro & Purple Yam Cake

この組み合わせは間違いないです 控えめな甘さで美味しくて心も癒されました。

The primary ingredient is the crème. There is a thin layer of mochi on top, a bit of purple yam at the bottom. The overall texture is too soggy for my taste. I feel it can be improved by reducing the amount of crème and replace it with something with more substance.

… i thought it can be heat up in oven but it’s not bc there s lots of cream inside so shouldn’t be heat up otherwise it will all melt …the taste s ok but too messy when i eat it n i dont like the texture coz feel very wet on the bottom so i m not sure if i will repurchase

These kind of cakes are not recommended for delivery. It doesn’t taste good when all powder melted like this. It might be better if we get it from the bakery.
