This was good and much larger than expected! I barely tasted any salted egg yolk, mostly meat floss, but I didn’t mind! This bread is better than the meat floss and taro bun from this bakery, this pastry is actually moist and has a softer Chinese pastry texture. We airfried at 350f for 8 min or so. Enough for two servings. Will repurchase for sure!
