Instructions:
Bring 3000cc of soy milk to a boil, then cool it down to 85°C.
Dissolve one packet of tofu pudding powder in 300cc of cold boiled water to create a slurry.
Stir the slurry to prevent sedimentation. Quickly pour the 85°C hot soy milk into the slurry, and stop stirring immediately. Let it rest undisturbed for 40 minutes. Once set, enjoy the warm and silky tofu pudding.
