Without the lid, microwave for 3 minutes at 700W. 5. After microwaving, add the zero-sugar bibimbap sauce and sesame oil. 6. Mix everything well and enjoy! b. Using a hot water 1. Open the lid and remove all contents from the container. 2. Pour boiling water (100°C) into the container up to the marked line (180ml). 3. Tear open the freeze-dried rice and vegetables, add them into the container and stir well. 4. Close the lid and wait for 6 minutes. 5.
