Selected from Nantou's pesticide-free olives, these olives are pickled with coarse licorice powder. Made using traditional methods, these dried fruits have a subtle licorice fragrance. To save you the trouble of deseeding while eating, the manufacturer, Dou Zhi Jia, employs a semi-manual, semi-machine process to thoughtfully remove the seeds. This not only preserves the original taste but also enhances safety and convenience in consumption!

Olives are mostly grown on hills near areca palms, making them susceptible to pesticide contamination from neighboring fields. Additionally, olives are harvested only once a year, resulting in limited production. In order to provide consumers with peace of mind regarding olive products, after three years of thorough search across Taiwan, Li Ren found pesticide-free olives deep in the mountains of Nantou. They collaborated with Dou Zhi Jia, a longtime partner, to introduce olive dried fruits that are unlike those on the market, free from preservatives and artificial coloring, staying true to the original flavor. These traditionally made olive dried fruits have a subtle licorice fragrance, making them a reassuring snack choice after meals.
