I use this brand for most of fried food, not only banana. You mix it with sparkling, 1tsp of baking powder and and 1/2tsp of caramel or honey for golden skin. So bananas turned out very tasty. Crunchy outside and soft inside. Always stock up this cute guy in my pantry.
