We select premium Korean barbeque-grade pork belly, and have USDA inspected the whole process. It is heavenly delicious with a rich and delicate taste and smell. Our unique smoking techniques bring out a long standing aftertaste.
Cooking Method:
1.Poaching Method: After rinsing the bacon, soak it in warm water until soft (2-3 hours). Place the bacon in cold water, boil for 45 minutes, and change the water halfway. Take out the bacon, and cut it into thin slices, stir fry them into a dish. When frying, if you stir out the oil, then the bacon will be more crispy.
In order to maintain the best flavor of the product, please consume it as soon as possible after opening.
Expiration Date: Frozen for six months.
