my favorite kind of kimchi - not bitter or very spicy at all

3/5 stars - the kimchi is okay. The problem I had with this purchase is that the leaves are super long. In fact, I’ve never had it this long before and it makes a difference in the texture and flavor. The photo is a single leaf over 12” long. It tastes more like the white part of a scallion versus the mustard leaf I’m more accustomed to and the bite is not as crisp. I would not repurchase.

Nó được nấu chín kỹ nhưng không mặn và rất ngon.
