I made Sansai & Mushroom Spaghetti using this.
It was very well cleaned and kept real fresh and crisp.
Sansai itself has naturally very lite flavor, so you do need to season it well.
Very unique and crisp texture.
It is great for pasta and soup dishes.
You can probably put it into omlet, too.
I recommend this to anyone who wants to eat healthy and enjoy crisp vegetable texture.
