Used as a natural coloring and flavoring in many Vietnamese and Asian dishes. Simply heat with oil to release its vibrant red-orange color, then use the infused oil for sautéing or marinating meats, stews, or noodles.
 

How to use:
 

Heat 1–2 tablespoons of annatto seeds in 3 tablespoons of oil over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until the oil turns red-orange. Strain out the seeds and use the colored oil as needed.

Hướng dẫn sử dụng:
 

Đun nóng 1–2 muỗng canh hạt điều màu với 3 muỗng canh dầu ăn trên lửa vừa trong 1–2 phút đến khi dầu chuyển sang màu đỏ cam. Lọc bỏ hạt, sử dụng dầu màu để xào hoặc ướp món ăn.
